I thought Carter would be at least a few years old before he got his first piece of fishing/hunting equipment. Turns out, he barely made it out of the womb! Thanks to Granny and Papa, Carter is now the proud owner of his very own boat, which will be perfect for fishing the little lake behind our house. Of course, daddy gets to use it until Carter's old enough to take the helm as captain himself which tickles Scott to pieces. According to Papa, we need to get it painted with the name "Carter's Little Boat".

I LOVE the boat and the picture of Carter hanging out in the chair, too precious! I showed Chap and his response was, "Wow, that boat is GREAT...one problem, there's only one seat??" Looks like Uncle Chappy might have to sit on the floor =) We can't wait to test it out!

Oh well now the 2 red heads can go fishing together. I know that Papa, Daddy and Carter are going to have a ball in "Carter's Little Boat".

I just found your blog! I love it. Granny Coy and I hope to get over there soon. Carter will be fishing in the lake if we don't hurry. I can't wait to show Larry Carter's boat.

What kind of boat is that? I am way behind on the fishing world I'm guessing. Seriously, I have never seen such a boat. Where is the motor? Or do you have to row it?
hey Colly! I have no idea why kind of boat it is! you can put a small motor on the back...it's called a troller motor...that's about all i know.
